What VPS options does Summit Nodes offer?

Budget and Performance VPS on Intel or AMD. Budget uses shared vCPU (1–6 cores) from $3.80/mo. Performance uses dedicated vCPU (8–24 cores) from $6.40/mo. Every plan includes full root access, NVMe storage, and a dedicated IPv4.

When do VPS servers come online?

Do VPS plans include root access?

Yes. Every Summit Nodes VPS includes full root access so you can install and configure what you need.

What is the difference between Budget and Performance VPS?

Budget VPS uses shared vCPU for cost-efficient projects (blogs, bots, staging, light apps). Performance VPS uses dedicated vCPU with Gen4 NVMe for production workloads that need consistent CPU power.

What security protection is included on Summit Nodes services?

All services include DDoS inline filtering along with a customized firewall and Monarx. You can also use our Anycast DNS along with Cloudflare/CDN services for additional protection.
